A fitness influencer’s morning routine has gone viral—and with it, the brand Saratoga Spring Water has seen a significant rise in visibility and engagement. The video, shared by Ashton Hall, showcases his daily rituals, including a unique moment where he dunks his face in a bowl of Saratoga water.
Since being posted, Hall’s video has amassed hundreds of millions of views across various social media platforms, prompting an explosion of attention for the water brand. Although CBS6 is investigating whether Saratoga Water is an official brand partner, the viral video has already resulted in a noticeable surge in the company’s stock value and a dramatic increase in online search interest, with Google searches for the brand soaring by 1,000 percent in just one day.
Saratoga Springs Mayor John Safford expressed his initial disbelief, suspecting the video was digitally altered. However, he later compared the viral moment to the publicity the city garnered during the Belmont Stakes, which also provided significant exposure for the region.
“Fox Sports just being here showing off the city—I mean that was worth millions of dollars in free advertising,” Safford remarked. “So the same thing with Saratoga Water, if it goes viral, that’s wonderful.”
The brand itself has embraced the viral trend, with recent social media posts referencing Hall’s video. The clip has inspired others to create their own versions, many of which also feature Saratoga Water and bananas, a recurring element in Hall’s routine.
This unexpected surge in attention illustrates the power of social media and influencer marketing, with Saratoga Spring Water now capitalizing on the buzz surrounding Hall’s viral moment.
