A new gym and fitness centre has opened its doors at Booths Park in Knutsford, offering a range of fitness services to both local residents and workers in the area.
Operated by UNLTD Fitness, the facility spans 6,400 square feet and is located within 220 acres of picturesque Cheshire parkland. It features state-of-the-art equipment, coach-led fitness classes, and personalized training programs designed to support individuals on their unique wellness journeys.
The gym is part of Booths Park’s broader initiative to create a vibrant, mixed-use community that integrates work, life, and leisure. Memberships are available to both the local community and those working at the business park, with options including full gym access or flexible memberships tailored to individual needs.
Andy Weaver, operations director at Bruntwood, the property developer behind Booths Park, emphasized the company’s vision for the site. “Our goal is to create a space that goes beyond just flexible workspaces, offering a balanced environment where people can live, work, and play,” said Weaver. “This new fitness centre enhances our commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our customers and the wider community.”
UNLTD Fitness offers a diverse array of services, including functional spaces, high-quality gym equipment, and a variety of coach-led classes. These include strength and conditioning, boxing, bootcamp, and Hyrox – a global fitness race combining running with functional workouts. Personal training is also available, offering customized fitness plans for individuals.
Ben Morris, co-owner of UNLTD Fitness, expressed excitement about the new facility. “Booths Park is the ideal location to foster a dynamic and inspiring environment for our members. We hope that our members, whether they work nearby or come from further afield, will enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the thriving, interconnected ecosystem of leisure and business here,” said Morris.
The opening of UNLTD Fitness also creates nine new jobs in the area, including three full-time and two part-time positions, as well as up to four coaches. This follows a growing trend of wellbeing-focused initiatives at Booths Park, which recently partnered with The Padel Club to introduce four new courts and launched a Peloton studio last year.
As Booths Park continues to expand its offerings, the addition of the new fitness centre marks a significant step in creating a well-rounded, healthy environment for both work and leisure.
