Actress and producer Richa Chadha has returned to her fitness routine after embracing motherhood and welcoming her daughter. As the new year begins, the talented star is focused on preparing for her upcoming project, a comedy film set to begin production this summer.
Chadha shared a glimpse of her fitness journey with her fans, posting a photo from one of her recent workout sessions on social media. The actress revealed that her return to the gym is not just about physical fitness but also about regaining strength, stamina, and mental well-being as she readies herself for the challenges of her next role.
Speaking about the transformative experience of motherhood, Chadha shared, “Motherhood has been the most transformative experience of my life. It has taught me resilience, patience, and a new kind of strength I never knew I had. While the joy of nurturing my daughter is unmatched, I’ve also felt the need to reconnect with my own sense of self—mentally, emotionally, and physically.”
