After undergoing bariatric surgery, she successfully lost nearly 50 kilograms in one year through a series of health-conscious decisions and lifestyle changes.
In her latest Instagram video, Sunaina shared key advice on how to maintain consistency and discipline in a fitness routine, emphasizing the importance of motivation. “People often ask me how I’ve managed to stay disciplined for the past year and a half since I started my health journey,” she said. “Motivation for me is the internal drive to eat healthy, to show up for the gym, and to push through my workouts. But discipline is about being consistent with meal timings and gym schedules.”
She also pointed out that motivation, discipline, and consistency are intertwined elements of a successful fitness journey. “Discipline, determination, and, most importantly, consistency are the three things that drive me. If you’re struggling with motivation, just show up—commit to your routine, even when it’s tough,” Sunaina advised.
