Businessman Loses 23 kg with Home Workouts and Simple Diet

In an inspiring story of perseverance and dedication, Niraj, a businessman from Bhavnagar, Gujarat, successfully shed 23 kg without ever setting foot in a gym or following an elaborate diet. His remarkable transformation was shared by his fitness coach, Satej Gohel, on X (formerly Twitter), highlighting the power of simple home workouts and traditional Gujarati food.

Satej Gohel, a dedicated fitness consultant, praised Niraj’s commitment to a straightforward regimen. “No gym, no fancy food. A Gujarati businessman eating Gujarati homemade food and home workouts led to this transformation!” Gohel noted. Initially, Niraj found it challenging to incorporate 10,000 steps into his busy daily schedule. However, he gradually made it a consistent part of his routine.

Niraj was hesitant about going to the gym due to his lack of experience and time constraints. To address this, Gohel devised a home-based workout plan that utilized a pair of dumbbells. “We began with home-based workouts using a pair of dumbbells,” Gohel said. Over ten months, Niraj’s weight plummeted from 91.9 kg to 68.7 kg. His diet included vegetarian protein sources such as paneer, soya chunks, whey, and dal, alongside a significant reduction in sugar intake.

Gohel, affiliated with PFC Club, a group of certified fitness experts, emphasized the critical role of consistent support in Niraj’s journey. “Our weekly check-in calls kept him motivated and on track,” Gohel wrote on X. Niraj has now transitioned into the maintenance phase, continuing to enjoy his favorite foods while staying dedicated to his workouts and daily activities. “This is his new way of life,” Gohel added.
